Our inclusive services at a glance:

• change of towels and bedding
• cots, highchairs and child car seats available (no fee)
• WLAN in all houses free of charge
• free use of all facilities like the pool, tennis court, bar and the big barbecue at the pool

Our accommodation prices:

• Holiday house per week 840,-€  / Including car 966,-€.
  
• You can conveniently vacation in our holiday houses with up to five people (with one extra bed)
• Apartment (with 2 people) per week 525,-€ / Including car 700,-€.
  
• Final cleaning: Holiday house EUR 80.-
 / Apartement EUR 60.-
• Minimum term of lease 1 week, after that flexible duration of stay

Day of arrival and group discount:

• On the day of arrival, it is best if you get by car or taxi from the airport Arrecife to us (ca. 15 minutes). Here our caretaker will be expecting you to show and introduce you to our site and also to hand you over the car keys.
• Also ask about our reduced group prices if you want to hire more than two bungalows.
• For long-term renters: If you are staying for 4 weeks or longer, we will offer you a reduction of 10%.
